As in previous parts, in FIFA 22 we have to deal with Chemistry Styles in Ultimate Team. And when I say 'we have to', I mean 'we have to'. With this equipment, you can permanently improve certain attributes of your players and thereby push them to the highest performance. In this guide, we show you how you can take your team to the next level with Chemistry Styles in FIFA 22.

These cards will define your gameplay and give you a deciding boost for Division Rivals and the Weekend League.

FIFA 22 Chemistry Styles: What are they?

Chemistry Styles are there to give your players in Ultimate Team the necessary boost in different areas. Each Chemistry Style can push at least two and a maximum of three points. And do they really make a difference? Well, look at Messi, for example. He has too little speed to play on the wing. With the Chemistry Style 'Hunter', which is the most popular for strikers, things look very different again.

A chemistry style that pushes two points improves more stats than one, which boosts your stats by three points. Here, you have to decide: Big boosts for just a few stats, or smaller boosts for more stats?

If your players are on full chemistry, the chemistry styles push their stats even more. For example: Hunter brings you +3 shooting and speed on the card, but in game it is significantly more. So you should always have a look on your team chem!

FIFA 22 Chemistry Styles: Should I Use Them?

Ah, that's simple: Yes. In fact, every player can get every chemistry style – the goalkeepers are excluded, because they have their very own styles, obviously. If you want to experiment a little, you are welcome to do so, but you really shouldn't mix them up. Some combinations are not working, others are fitting, like Lionel Messi and Barcelona... Did something happen last summer?

Which style you should use for a specific player always depends on his position. The best strikers mostly benefit from Hunter, your midfielders are made for Catalyst or Powerhouse, and with Anchor, your defenders won't let anyone past them.
