Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 is just about to start and players are curious about whether Epic Games will deliver a live event or not. Here's what you can expect about the chances of a live event and its possible start time.
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 ends in a few weeks. After many fun events, new POIs, new weapons and more, the question naturally arises as to how the season will end. Will the Foundation and the rest of the 7 return in a big live event? Will earthquakes perhaps even destroy part of the map, as some leaks suggest? Or do we have to wait a little longer until the Fortnite story continues? Here's everything we know so far.
Fortnite: Possible Live Event At The End of Chapter 4 Season 2
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 ends on June 9, 2023. This information has been officially confirmed by Epic Games. However, it is not yet clear whether Season 3 will start on June 9th or 10th.

A new season is usually associated with a longer downtime. Especially after a live event at the end of a season, the servers usually shut down for a long time so that Epic can prepare its big update for the coming season.

What hasn't been officially confirmed yet is whether there will be a live event at the end of Chapter 4 Season 2. However, it would only make sense considering that there was no live event held at the end of last season.
What Could Happen In A Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 Live Event?
The story ended abruptly with the end of Chapter 3 where the island was completely destroyed. It was only thanks to the players and the paradigm that the inhabitants of Artemis were able to escape to a newly composed island. But what happened to the rest of the seven?
In any case, the story is still open and poses some ambiguities, which is why the Fortniters out there suspect that it will now finally be continued in a live event at the end of Chapter 4 Season 2.
Others are concerned that we will continue to miss out on a continuation of the story, but will still get a live event related to the Fortnite map change.
We now know that Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 will have a tropical/jungle theme. Earthquakes have been hitting the island recently, causing cracks in some places, especially near Anvil Square, with jungle roots sticking out of them.
The 4th #Fortnite Earthquake stage should be enabled tomorrow, which will make the Earthquake's even stronger. We may also see some more Cracks or Jungle Roots.— FNBRLoop (@FNBRLoop) May 22, 2023
Then on May 30th we should see the 5th and final Stage which is named "Apocalyptic."
Perhaps at the end of the season a huge earthquake will take place in a live event, destroying parts of the map where the jungle biome can then form.
