Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2: End Date & Time
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 ends on Friday, June 9 2023, at 2 AM ET.
Epic Games meanwhile has confirmed this via their official Fortnite Status Twitter account. Season 2 was supposed to officially end on June 2, but now it turns out that Epic changed their minds.

Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3: Release Date & Start Time
In the meantime, it has also been confirmed that Chapter 4 Season 3 will start on the same day, i.e. on June 9. After the (hopefully taking place) live event, the servers usually go offline for some time to prepare the game for the big update.
Then, if everything goes as planned, you can expect Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 to be released around 8 AM ET. Each season lasts about three months. This means that the new season will run until around the beginning of September 2023.
