Bot Lane Tier List For LoL Patch 13.19: These Are The Best Bot Laners
3. Jhin

We have to admit, there was a distinct lack of artistic brilliance in our recent tier lists. Fortunately for us and everyone else, this comes to an end now – Jhin is back where he belongs!
The Virtuoso has taken his time to prepare for his newest masterpiece, and now that his R – Curtain Call deals a solid bit of extra damage, he is finally in a good state to capitalize on his leads again!
Combine this with his strong laning phase and you get a champion with a lot of agency throughout the entire game! However, make sure that the enemy team doesn't feature too many tanks – Jhin is still not good at taking care of those.
2. Ezreal

Who needs a map? Ezreal certainly does not! He has made himself a comfy home in the S tier, and he is definitely here to stay. His popularity is increasing patch by patch, and he is now present in a third of all champion selects!
Yet somehow, he is still behind Kai'Sa in popularity. I guess she's just too pretty to pass up on. Come on, League players, Ezreal is pretty too!
He is not only fun to play, he can also call himself one of the safest laners in the entire game. His E – Arcane Shift helps him to dodge skill shots and to get out of dangerous situations – or to chase down the last opponent foolish enough to try and fight the swift explorer.
1. Ashe

The hot summer days are over? Ashe is probably at fault, and she's here to bring you eternal winter! Seriously, Riot is not going to do anything about her because her numbers are perfectly in line. This will be a long winter with her around.
Over the years, she was always known as a utility-heavy marksman thanks to her Passive – Frost Shot slow and her E – Hawkshot vision. Her R – Enchanted Crystal Arrow was always considered a strong engage tool too. Buffs in recent patches helped her damage shine too, as she is now a potent hypercarry and really difficult to get away from!

Bot Lane Tier List For LoL Patch 13.19

Now that we have looked at the S-Tier of LoL Patch 13.19, it is about time that we check out where some of your other favorite champions are. Which of these picks is your main?
Who Are Our A-Tier Bot Laners?
The A-Tier is still considered excellent. These are champions that you can easily pick and still win games. They're the ones you'll want to choose when the S-Tier are banned. So if you want to climb solo queue, then these are some picks you'll want to pick up this patch.
Champion | Win Rate | Pick Rate |
Caitlyn | 49.93% | 14.70% |
Kai'Sa | 49.37% | 33.99% |
Karthus | 53.29% | 0.96% |
Nilah | 51.22% | 3.24% |
Seraphine | 54.01% | 1.10% |
Sivir | 50.16% | 7.66% |
Swain | 54.24% | 1.36% |
Twitch | 51.04% | 5.21% |
Vayne | 50.53% | 9.62% |
Sorry, Vayne players! As her popularity increased, her win rate dropped slightly. Additionally, Twitch was buffed this patch, and he really makes her life difficult in later teamfights. If you still want to be the undisputed late game queen, make sure to ban him.
Who Are Our B-Tier Bot Laners?
The B-Tier consists of champions that are good, but won't have as much strength as either the A- or S-Tier — obviously. These are picks you can pick in specific match ups, but we suggest making sure you master the champion before choosing them.
Champion | Win Rate | Pick Rate |
Lucian | 49.58% | 7.00% |
Miss Fortune | 50.41% | 5.41% |
Samira | 49.26% | 8.21% |
Xayah | 49.28% | 10.06% |
Yasuo | 50.73% | 1.58% |
Ziggs | 52.10% | 1.61% |
With a lot of champions making the jump to A tier, the B tier is getting smaller and smaller. We obviously hope that this is a good sign for the competitive meta, with Worlds 2023 being just around the corner.
Unfortunately, mains of Xayah and Yasuo will not be too happy about recent trends. Yasuo has dropped in win rate quite significantly and is probably better off on mid lane. Xayah had to take some nerfs in recent patches and is no longer dominating the meta. However, keep in mind that they're still strong champions and very much viable, so you don't have to look for a new main.
Who Are Our F-Tier Bot Laners?
These are the picks we advise you to forget about this patch. Either their win rates are abysmal or they were nerfed in the patch. So make sure to avoid picking these champions at all costs.
Champion | Win Rate | Pick Rate |
Jinx | 47.37% | 4.37% |
Senna | 47.05% | 0.89% |
Zeri | 45.49% | 6.24% |
Another Zeri nerf means that the Zaunite is absolutely down the gutter. Now you can't even zoom across the Rift as hard as you used to! She is a good candidate for a mid-scope update, although we don't have any intel about that just yet.
Senna is seeing another increase in pick rate and has recently been buffed, but do not be fooled: her success still lies in the support position due to her unconventional nature as a non-farming marksman. Her wave clear and wave control are still mediocre, so we would recommend to you to get a friend who is playing a farming support with you.
