Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 is just around the corner and suddenly earthquakes are shaking up the Battle Royale island. Of course, Epic didn't bring the earthquakes into the game for no reason - here you can find out what's probably behind them.

Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 is only a few weeks away and players are wondering what will happen. After all, each Season has its own theme, like the current Season was set in a Cyberpunk Tokyo and delighted players with lots of cool items and weapons.

According to the latest leaks, the new Season will be the opposite and will feature a new jungle/tropical biome. And the leaks are intensifying as fans recently witnessed strange changes on Fortnite Island.

Earthquakes in Fortnite: First indications of a live event?

Many players have registered strong earthquakes in Fortnite in recent weeks. Apparently, the earthquakes even had different phases and became stronger and stronger, creating cracks in some places on the island. Jungle roots are even coming out of some of the cracks, confirming all the previous leaks.

With the Anvil Square POI in particular being visited by earthquakes, many players are certain that the location will be swallowed up and replaced by the jungle biome.

The exciting thing is that this might even happen in a live event at the end of the Season! After all, the last live event was two seasons ago and gamers would certainly be hyped to watch the destruction of a location live.

On 30 May, the 5th and final earthquake stage called "Apocalyptic" will start. Chapter 4 Season 2 will then end on 9 June. We will definitely keep you up to date.
