About this gallery:

For this list, we have decided to focus only on movies where Emily Ratajkowski appears, no matter how small her role is. For this reason, don’t expect any of her performances in series, short films, or commercials. And remember, this list is subjective! If you think any movie is not in the right spot, share your opinion!

Cropped Entourage

8. Entourage (2015)

In Entourage, Emily Ratajkowski plays herself, and while that might sound exciting, her role doesn’t add much beyond a familiar face in a sea of celebrity cameos. The movie itself feels like an overly long episode of the show, and Ratajkowski’s character doesn’t exactly get a chance to shine. It’s all surface-level glitz, with little depth, and her appearance is pretty much an afterthought. Fans of Entourage might appreciate it, but for everyone else, it’s a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it role. | © Warner Bros.

Cropped I Feel Pretty

7. I Feel Pretty (2018)

Emily’s role in I Feel Pretty as Mallory, the ultra-confident co-worker, adds some sparkle, but it’s definitely not the movie’s main attraction. She plays the effortlessly beautiful friend, there to serve as a contrast to Amy Schumer’s character, and while she’s charming, there’s not much for her to do here. The film itself is a mixed bag, trying to balance comedy with a message about self-confidence, and Emily’s part feels like window dressing. Fun, but forgettable. | © STX Films

Cropped Lying and Stealing

6. Lying and Stealing (2019)

In Lying and Stealing, Ratajkowski plays an aspiring actress with a penchant for art theft, which sounds like a lot more fun than it actually is. While she and Theo James make a stylish duo, the film itself is more lukewarm than thrilling. Emily tries to bring intrigue and charisma to her role, but the film’s predictable plot and flat pacing hold her back. It’s stylish but safe—a heist movie that doesn’t quite steal the show. | © Vertical Entertainment

Cropped Cruise

5. Cruise (2018)

Set in the ‘80s, Cruise aims for that nostalgic, bad-boy-meets-good-girl vibe, with Emily playing the girl from the right side of the tracks. It’s cute, but not exactly groundbreaking, and while she has good chemistry with co-star Spencer Boldman, the story itself is predictable. Emily does her best to bring depth to her character, but the film doesn’t give her much to work with. Think Grease meets Goodfellas, but without the magic of either. | © Vertical Entertainment

Cropped In Darkness

4. In Darkness (2018)

Emily steps into darker territory in In Darkness, playing a character mixed up in a plot of revenge and conspiracy. It’s a thriller with twists, but unfortunately, it ends up feeling a bit too convoluted for its own good. Ratajkowski is solid in her role, showing a more intense side, but the story just doesn’t hold together. The film promises suspense but delivers confusion, leaving her role to feel a bit lost in the shadows. | © Vertical Entertainment

Cropped Gone Girl

3. Gone Girl (2014)

Now here’s where Emily gets to shine—even if it’s just for a short while. In Gone Girl, she plays Andie, the “other woman” in a highly twisted marriage, and her part is small but memorable. She holds her own alongside heavyweights like Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike, bringing a youthful, naive charm to her role. This film put her on the acting map, even if it wasn’t a leading role, proving she could take on darker, dramatic material. A brief but impactful performance. | © 20th Century Fox

Cropped Welcome Home

2. Welcome Home (2018)

Welcome Home is Ratajkowski’s attempt at a psychological thriller, and while the movie itself isn’t exactly high cinema, she brings a decent amount of tension to her role. Playing opposite Aaron Paul, she dives into a troubled relationship dynamic that’s interrupted by a creepy stranger. The plot is full of clichés, and the scares are mild at best, but Emily does her best to bring believability to the chaos. It’s watchable, but you’ll probably forget it by the next day. | © Vertical Entertainment

Cropped We Are Your Friends

1. We Are Your Friends (2015)

Emily takes on the role of Sophie in We Are Your Friends, a film about the Los Angeles DJ scene with Zac Efron in the lead. Her character is more fleshed out here, and she brings a blend of vulnerability and strength to the role, making her one of the film’s highlights. While the movie itself is hit or miss—more style than substance—Emily’s performance shows she can bring depth to even a flashy storyline. It may not be a perfect film, but it’s probably her most memorable role yet. | © Warner Bros.
