Gal Gadot's 15 Best Movies Ranked from Worst to Best

1-15

Entertainment - October 30th 2026, 19:00 GMT+1
Keeping Up with the Joneses 2016 Gal Gadot

15. Keeping Up with the Joneses (2016)

Imagine discovering that your annoyingly perfect neighbors also know how to kill you. That’s the suburban nightmare powering Keeping Up with the Joneses, with Gal Gadot and Jon Hamm playing spies whose cover attracts precisely the attention it should avoid. As Natalie, Gadot gets some comic mileage from treating domestic small talk like an interrogation. The material rarely matches the cast, but her intimidating composure makes a useful foil for Isla Fisher’s increasingly frantic curiosity. | © 20th Century Fox

Cropped Criminal

14. Criminal (2016)

Recognizing your dead husband’s memories inside Kevin Costner would complicate anyone’s grieving process. Gadot faces that predicament as Jill Pope in Criminal, a thriller that combines experimental neuroscience with the subtlety of a boot through a door. Her scenes introduce vulnerability into a movie otherwise dominated by violent men demanding information. Jill deserves more agency, though Gadot makes her uncertainty believable: familiarity offers little comfort when it arrives attached to someone you have every reason to fear. | © Lionsgate

Cropped Red Notice

13. Red Notice (2021)

Dwayne Johnson and Ryan Reynolds spend much of Red Notice competing for control of the conversation. Gadot’s art thief, the Bishop, generally looks delighted to let them exhaust themselves. Her amused delivery suits a character who treats danger as an appointment she can reschedule, and the three-way rivalry supplies the film’s easiest pleasures. The treasure hunt itself is fairly forgettable; watching Gadot enjoy being the person everyone else has underestimated gives the expensive silliness a little extra bite. | © Netflix

Cropped Heart of Stone

12. Heart of Stone (2023)

Behind Rachel Stone’s unassuming role on an MI6 team sits another identity: an operative for the Charter, a secret organization guided by a powerful predictive AI. Heart of Stone gives Gadot an appealing contradiction to play, asking a professional deceiver to decide whom she can trust. The elaborate action frequently overshadows that tension, although her early awkwardness offers a welcome change from effortless invincibility. More of that personality would have helped distinguish the spectacle from its many espionage ancestors. | © Netflix

Cropped Knight and Day

11. Knight and Day (2010)

Keep your expectations for Gadot’s screen time modest: her appearance as Naomi is a brief stop on Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz’s increasingly hazardous itinerary. Knight and Day belongs to that central pairing, especially the unsettling possibility that Cruise’s charming secret agent might be completely untrustworthy. Gadot contributes to the polished espionage atmosphere without getting a substantial character to develop. The attraction here is the film’s breezy recklessness, with international travel functioning as an elaborate series of near-death experiences. | © 20th Century Fox

Wonder Woman 1984

10. Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)

Diana can confront an army, but accepting a personal loss proves considerably harder. That vulnerability gives Gadot something worthwhile to explore in Wonder Woman 1984, where wish fulfillment comes with consequences even a superhero would rather ignore. Her reunion with Chris Pine restores their appealing chemistry, while the romance exposes a selfishness beneath Diana’s usually unwavering principles. The sequel struggles to organize its villains and magical rules, yet its strongest emotional passages understand that doing good can demand a miserable choice. | © Warner Bros. Pictures

Triple 9 2016 1

9. Triple 9 (2016)

Family ties become another method of coercion in Triple 9, John Hillcoat’s grim thriller about criminals and corrupt police officers. Gadot plays Elena, whose son with Chiwetel Ejiofor’s Michael connects him to the ruthless demands of her sister, played by Kate Winslet. Her limited role helps establish how little separates private life from criminal business here. The film’s real strength is its oppressive atmosphere: even an ordinary conversation feels liable to end with someone calculating the cost of a betrayal. | © Open Road Films

Cropped Fast Furious

8. Fast & Furious (2009)

Gisele enters Fast & Furious from the wrong side of the operation, working for the criminal organization Dom and Brian are trying to penetrate. Gadot gives her enough self-possession to suggest she’s assessing the men around her rather than simply waiting for instructions. It’s a small but promising introduction within a sequel heavily occupied with reuniting its original leads. Beneath the grim revenge plot, you can already spot a supporting character worth inviting back for a better adventure. | © Universal Pictures

Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice 2016 1

7. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016)

The knowing smile Diana gives during the Doomsday fight tells us plenty: unlike the men beside her, she has been doing this for a while. Gadot’s arrival in full Wonder Woman armor supplies Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice with a welcome burst of confidence and pleasure. Her earlier encounters with Bruce Wayne also benefit from an amused reserve. Surrounded by characters wrestling with their significance, she makes experience look effortless—and leaves the film with its most promising introduction. | © Warner Bros. Pictures

Cropped Death on the Nile

6. Death on the Nile (2022)

A honeymoon should probably involve fewer people with reasons to resent the bride. As wealthy newlywed Linnet Ridgeway-Doyle, Gadot sits at the center of Death on the Nile’s carefully dressed social hostilities, projecting the confidence of someone accustomed to getting her way. The useful wrinkle is Linnet’s growing awareness that money cannot purchase safety or affection. Kenneth Branagh’s Agatha Christie adaptation occasionally gets distracted by its own grandeur, but Gadot’s glamorous isolation gives the gathering storm a recognizable human target. | © 20th Century Studios

Cropped Zack Snyders Justice League

5. Zack Snyder's Justice League (2021)

Diana’s knowledge of the ancient threat makes her essential to assembling the heroes in Zack Snyder’s Justice League. Gadot gets to convey authority through explanations, disagreements, and cooperation as well as combat, giving Wonder Woman a clearer place within the group. The expanded story also allows its uneasy alliances to develop beyond introductions and poses. Four hours is a substantial commitment, admittedly, but this version makes joining forces feel like a process rather than a contractual obligation between famous costumes. | © Warner Bros. Pictures

Cropped Fast Furious 6

4. Fast & Furious 6 (2013)

Han and Gisele give Fast & Furious 6 a surprisingly appealing romantic subplot without needing to park the action for lengthy declarations. Sung Kang’s relaxed manner and Gadot’s directness make their partnership feel comfortable, which matters once the mission turns dangerous. Gisele also remains a capable participant in the operation, rather than someone waiting beside the getaway car. Amid vehicular stunts that have officially stopped respecting physics, their connection supplies a personal reason to care who makes it home. | © Universal Pictures

Cropped Fast Five

3. Fast Five (2011)

Recruiting a crew for a Rio heist gives Fast Five the pleasure of watching distinctive personalities discover how well they work together. Gadot’s Gisele earns her place through nerve and resourcefulness, with her developing attraction to Han adding an enjoyable distraction from the logistics. Justin Lin keeps the ensemble moving toward a robbery that becomes gloriously unreasonable. Crucially, the quieter exchanges make these people fun company before the action starts dragging enormous pieces of infrastructure through the streets. | © Universal Pictures

Cropped Ralph Breaks the Internet

2. Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018)

Shank looks like trouble and turns out to be an excellent listener. Voicing the formidable driver in Ralph Breaks the Internet, Gadot brings a reassuring warmth to someone Vanellope initially admires for her racing skills. Their friendship opens up possibilities that Ralph finds threatening, giving the sequel a thoughtful conflict beneath its crowded digital playground. Gadot’s performance helps sell an unusually generous idea for a family film: a new friend can understand part of you that an old friend doesn’t. | © Walt Disney Animation Studios

Cropped Wonder Woman

1. Wonder Woman (2017)

Diana’s refusal to walk past suffering is what makes Wonder Woman work. Gadot plays that conviction with an earnestness that lets the humor emerge naturally, whether she’s questioning restrictive clothes or the assumptions of powerful men. Opposite Chris Pine, her certainty gradually makes room for affection, confusion, and disappointment. Patty Jenkins gives those discoveries space before the battles, so Diana’s heroism feels like a decision she keeps making. The spectacle matters because we understand the woman stepping into it. | © Warner Bros. Pictures

1-15

Playing Wonder Woman made Gal Gadot a household name, but her film career offers more than superheroics and a very useful lasso. Between the Fast & Furious franchise, glossy heists, and murder mysteries, she’s built a résumé that gives us plenty to argue about. Her best movies put her screen presence to good use; others leave her competing with the special effects. We’re ranking 15 Gal Gadot movies from worst to best, judging the whole film—not just how convincingly she saves the day.
