HBO's Harry Potter series is an ambitious adaptation that will retell J.K. Rowling's books across multiple seasons. It will begin the wizarding story again with a completely new cast, with Dominic McLaughlin playing the titular character. Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley will also appear in the series. Rather than directly retelling Jin Sakai's story from the game, Legends allows the series to explore the mystical mythology surrounding the franchise's multiplayer mode. That means viewers can expect a very different kind of samurai story. One that is potentially filled with demons, folklore, and supernatural warriors.
