Will TheBurntPeanut Accept MrBeast’s Deal?
For MrBeast, it seems like everything comes down to money. With the right price tag, even the most firm principles might eventually be put aside, right? Popular content creator TheBurntPeanut has now responded to an unusual question from YouTube star MrBeast that sparked attention during a livestream:
Would he reveal his face for $1 million?
No Face Reveal Despite MrBeast’s Offer
The discussion took place during a stream hosted by TheBurntPeanut, where MrBeast brought up the topic of face reveals among anonymous streamers. TheBurntPeanut, who appears as a so-called PTuber or VTuber and deliberately hides his real identity, naturally falls into that category. As his name suggests, he performs through an avatar that depicts him as a burnt peanut.
Instead of seriously considering a potential offer, TheBurntPeanut responded mostly with irony and in his usual online persona. He made it clear that his “face” is already the peanut character he uses on stream, playfully dismissing the idea of a face reveal in an exaggerated way.
As MrBeast continued to press the topic and framed the situation in a more humorous way, the streamer clarified that this is not simply about money for him. He rejected the idea of revealing his face for financial gain and leaned into the joke with intentionally over-the-top humor. Even an offer of $1 million would not change his stance.
Situations like this are not uncommon in the VTuber and streaming scene. Many creators intentionally build a character that exists independently of their real-life identity. This often strengthens their brand, but also creates a lot of curiosity within the community.
While some streamers eventually reveal their face, others remain anonymous permanently. For TheBurntPeanut, things currently remain unchanged: no reveal, but plenty of discussion. Whether he might change his mind in the future remains open or perhaps that ambiguity is part of the concept itself: keeping the line between online persona and real identity intentionally blurred.
And you? How would you decide in that situation? Let us know in the comments.
