British police are investigating Andrew Tate again. The allegations are serious and fit perfectly into a long list of offenses and his image as a misogynistic influencer.

"We Have Never Stopped Our Search For Justice"

The controversial influencer is known for his "red-pill" and misogynistic views, and is one of the biggest names in the "manosphere." He also frequently runs afoul of the law.

Now the police are investigating him again, this time on suspicion of rape and abuse. These are allegations from 2014 and 2015 that were reopened due to alleged oversights, according to the police.

At the time, several women brought these allegations to the police, who closed the case in 2019 after a four-year investigation. Tate continues to deny the allegations. A spokesperson for Tate told the BBC:

Mr Tate continues to deny all allegations in the strongest possible terms. He will engage with any proper legal process in full, as he has consistently done.

The allegations will now be reviewed again.

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan are currently facing charges of human trafficking in Romania. According to The New York Times, once these charges are concluded, the brothers are to be extradited to the UK for different further charges of rape and human trafficking.

The three women are pleased that the case has been reopened and believe this investigation is long overdue. "We have never stopped our search for justice," they said in a statement.

The trial is scheduled to start next June.

Previously, the independent police watchdog announced that it was investigating a former officer for serious misconduct in connection with "alleged failures to properly investigate" the case. Two other former officers who handled the case were also being investigated for possible misconduct, the watchdog stated.

Whether everything will go right this second time and the women will finally receive justice will be decided in court. They certainly deserve it. The obvious danger the Tate brothers pose to women should be taken seriously. And there's one more positive aspect to all this: it's difficult to produce podcasts from prison.
