A mall security guard is seeking nearly $1 million in damages after a viral AMP livestream allegedly escalated into a physical attack.
Almost a year after AMP's massive hide-and-seek stream at the Shops at Rivercenter mall in San Antonio, the group is now facing serious legal trouble. A security guard involved in the incident has filed a lawsuit against several individuals connected to the event, including AMP member Duke Dennis and streaming star Kai Cenat.
What Happened During The Livestream?
The incident dates to summer 2025, when AMP hosted a large-scale hide-and-seek event inside a shopping mall. According to reports, the creators were only permitted to film in specific areas of the property. However, the stream allegedly continued beyond those limits and even remained active after parts of the mall had already closed.
As the situation became increasingly chaotic, mall security and local law enforcement eventually stepped in.
Security Guard Files Lawsuit
The lawsuit was filed by mall security guard Don White, who claims he was assaulted during the incident and later required medical treatment.
The filing seeks compensation for medical expenses, pain and suffering, as well as lost wages. The total amount exceeds $1 million.
One important detail is that the lawsuit does not accuse Kai Cenat or Duke Dennis of throwing the alleged punch. According to reports, the accusation is directed at Lavoune Clarke, a member of AMP's security team.
Why Are Kai Cenat And Duke Dennis Included?
According to the lawsuit, the creators still bear responsibility for the overall event and allegedly failed to prevent the behavior of their "bodyguard" that led to the incident. Several other AMP-affiliated individuals are also named in the filing.
The case is not only about the alleged assault itself but also about accountability for the event as a whole.

The livestream already made headlines in 2025 after Duke Dennis was briefly arrested. Those charges were later dismissed, but the controversy surrounding the event never fully disappeared. Lavoune Clarke on the other hand, he has to face these different allegations, as of now, there are still ongoing legal proceedings against him.
Now, nearly a year later, the viral stream has returned to the spotlight for a very different reason.
Until now, there is no judges ruling on the lawsuit, and AMP has not publicly commented. Don White demands over 1 million dollars and the community will most likely continue to look into the case.
