OnlyFans model Adva Lavie is accused of dating wealthy men to access their homes and steal cash, Rolexes, gold and designer goods.
A girlfriend, a travel companion and, according to prosecutors, an extremely expensive person to trust. Los Angeles model and influencer Adva Lavie allegedly built relationships with wealthy men before using her access to steal cash, gold, credit cards and luxury goods from their homes. The bizarre case now includes a missing ankle monitor, a supposedly dead mother who was anything but dead and questions over whether Lavie is mentally competent to stand trial.
Prosecutors Say Romance Was Her Way Inside
Lavie, who has also used the name Mia Ventura, previously created content for OnlyFans and appeared in adult magazines including Playboy and Penthouse. Authorities claim that between 2023 and 2025, she met potential targets through dating platforms and cultivated relationships with them, sometimes presenting herself as a girlfriend or travel companion.
Once trusted inside their homes, prosecutors allege, Lavie helped herself to considerably more than a toothbrush drawer. The reported haul included cash, gold coins, designer clothing and personal financial information. Although the case has been framed largely around wealthy older men, investigators say younger women were also among her alleged victims.
One 78-year-old man claimed Lavie took approximately $17,500 in cash, $100,000 worth of designer clothing and $4,000 in gold coins from his Van Nuys home. Detectives later alleged that some of the missing clothes appeared inside Lavie’s closet during an apartment-tour video posted on TikTok.
The Funeral Story That Fell Apart
The same man reportedly gave Lavie another $25,000 after she told him her mother had died and she needed help covering funeral expenses. Investigators say that story suffered from one fairly serious problem: while Lavie was being investigated, she traveled to Israel and was reportedly seen visiting her mother, who was very much alive.
Another allegation emerged from a 2024 podcast appearance. Prosecutors claim Lavie left her seat during the recording, entered a green room and stole property belonging to other guests, including a credit card that was later used at an expensive Beverly Hills salon.
Lavie also faces a separate Riverside County case involving property allegedly taken during the Coachella festival. Police say a man reported an $8,600 Rolex, Louis Vuitton sunglasses and a designer cardholder missing after spending time with her at an Indio Airbnb. Surveillance footage allegedly captured part of the incident.
A Criminal Case Placed on Pause
Lavie has pleaded not guilty. In March, a judge ruled that prosecutors had presented enough evidence for her to answer six felony charges, including grand theft, residential burglary and unauthorized use of personal identifying information. She could face more than 11 years in prison if convicted on every count.
Her legal situation worsened in July when she was arrested on the Riverside County warrant and accused of removing her court-ordered GPS ankle monitor. She was subsequently held without bail.
Then, during an August court appearance, Lavie cried, shouted and complained that she had been injured in jail. Her attorney formally questioned her mental competency, automatically suspending the proceedings while specialists evaluate whether she understands the charges and can assist in her own defense. That decision is not a judgment about guilt—or a mental-health defense. For now, it simply means the extraordinary allegations cannot move toward trial until the court decides Lavie is competent to face them.
