After weeks of legal uncertainty, YouTuber Reckless Ben has finally published the third installment of his Bricks & Minifigs documentary series. A court order previously delayed the nearly hour-long video, but a revised federal injunction now allows Ben to continue discussing the case publicly while the lawsuit remains ongoing.

Courtroom Audio and New Claims Take Center Stage

Much of Part 3 focuses on the legal battle that followed Ben's investigation into Bricks & Minifigs. Although cameras were not allowed inside the courtroom, the documentary features official courtroom audio recordings alongside a recorded phone call with the prosecutor handling the case.

In one of the video's most discussed moments, Ben asks the prosecutor whether he had watched footage submitted to police showing the interaction at the center of the complaint. The prosecutor replies that he had not viewed the footage. Ben argues the recordings contradict several allegations made against him, while the prosecutor notes that video evidence "doesn't necessarily show everything that possibly happened."

Ben Says Legal Requests Revealed His Identity

Ben also claims that legal requests sent to Google gave Bricks & Minifigs access to personal account information, including location metadata, which he says helped the company identify him and support its legal case. Bricks & Minifigs has not publicly addressed those allegations.

Towards the end of the documentary, Ben explains that the legal restrictions preventing him from releasing the video have now been narrowed by a federal court. While the lawsuit itself is still ongoing, he says the updated order allowed him to finally publish Part 3. He also confirmed that Part 4 of the documentary series is already in development.
