Streamer Bonnie, also known as BonnieRabbit, went live for St. Patrick's Day and IRL streamed herself walking around the city with friends. What was probably meant as tame, normal IRL art stream suddenly became something controversial: As the three of them were walking, Bonnie suddenly got mad at an elderly couple walking slowly in front of them.

"Get Out The Way" – The Incident That Started It All

The clip that went viral almost seems too unbelievable to be real. Bonnie and her friends are walking around and an older couple is walking in front of them. The couple is a bit slower than the group around the streamer, but instead of just walking past them, Bonnie gets mad and expresses her feelings out loud for her chat, her friends, and most notably, the couple in front of her to hear – and not just once, but three separate times:

After already telling them to "Get out the way!" once while walking in front of them, after the group briefly stops, the couple end up in front of them yet again. Bonnie then says:

"Now we're stuck behind this slow couple again, frick. Get out the way!"

Bonnie's chat didn't match her feelings towards the elderly couple. While she was busy getting mad at them, her chat pointed out that the couple can definitely hear her and saying things like "Bully Bonnie" or "Poor old people".

Backlash On Twitter

Similar to Bonnie's chat, Twitter seem mostly shocked, too. Though some show understanding for her frustration given that elderly people do tend to walk slower than younger people, one comment reads:

"Karma will get her when she is old and she will forget about this moment."

Some others seem to be able to see both sides to a certain extent:

But what do you think? Simply disrespectful unnecessary or also a little understandable? Let us know in the comments!
