Arena just came back and we are just as hyped as you. When Arena first came out, Shaco, Heimerdinger, and Teemo dominated, but Riot has turned the whole Meta on its head. The entire tier list was made using statistics.

3. Galio
Galio has been freshly buffed this patch and this has obviously also affected his strength in Arena. He is sitting at a win rate of 57.71% right now. This is lower than it should be, though, as the AP build isn't as popular, but it's way stronger than the tank build.

Varus can be really good with his AP build. As it's not good right now anywhere else, Arena is your chance to try it out again.
Also, Yuumi is in F-Tier, but the combination of Leona and Yuumi is absolutely disgusting and sitting at a win rate of 68%. Just don't play it in my games though. Please.
