Lootday is constantly evolving, become a part of it too!
Honest community feedback is incredibly important to us right now. Many things can be tested internally – but real users are ultimately the ones who show us which offers are genuinely fun, where processes feel unnecessarily complicated, or where certain problems still exist. That’s exactly the kind of feedback that helps us improve Lootday in meaningful ways over time.
Real user experiences matter more than internal testing
Of course, we internally test new offers, tracking systems, and platform features ourselves.
But real-world usage often looks completely different. Different devices, operating systems, regions, and gaming habits can all cause things to behave differently than they do in a controlled testing environment.
That’s exactly why genuine community feedback helps us learn much faster:
- which offers work well
- where users run into problems
- which games remain enjoyable long-term
- and which features the community actually wants to see
Many of the most valuable improvements ultimately come directly from this kind of feedback.
Tracking problems are often caused by small mistakes
One area where community feedback is especially valuable is tracking.
Particularly in progression-based games like RAID: Shadow Legends, Rise of Kingdoms, and similar mobile titles, small mistakes during the setup of an offer can already cause progress to not track correctly later on.
That’s why it’s important to:
- launch offers directly through the Lootday link
- allow in-game tracking permissions
- avoid interrupting downloads
- and avoid switching devices during setup whenever possible
It’s also important to note that most Lootday offers currently only work for completely new accounts or new players of the respective game
If problems still occur, honest feedback helps us tremendously when identifying whether something is caused by tracking issues, device-specific problems, or potentially faulty offers themselves.
Not every Lootday offer fits every player
Another important point: Not every offer automatically feels rewarding for every type of player
Some users enjoy long-term progression games like RAID or Rise of Kingdoms. Others prefer shorter sessions, casual games, or less grind-heavy experiences.
That’s exactly why feedback matters so much to us.
Long-term, we want to better understand:
- which genres the community actually enjoys
- which offers feel fair
- which tasks feel too grindy
- and which games players genuinely continue playing over time
Our goal isn’t simply to add “more offers,” but to create better and more relevant offers overall.
Lootday is meant to grow together with the community
We don’t see Lootday as a finished product that simply gets launched and then remains unchanged forever.
We see it much more as a long-term community project that should continuously evolve over time.
That’s why we care not only about technical issues, but also about:
- improvement suggestions
- ideas for future features
- requests for new games
- criticism of existing processes
- and general user experiences overall
Many things that may seem small today can eventually have a huge impact on how Lootday develops long term.
Feedback helps us make Lootday better over time
If you notice problems or have suggestions for improvement, we genuinely appreciate honest feedback.
Right now, feedback can be shared either:
- directly through the feedback bubble / green toggle on the platform
- or via email at support@lootday.com
Detailed feedback especially helps us a lot because it allows us to identify and improve issues much faster.
Long-term, everyone benefits from that:
- better tracking
- more relevant offers
- clear quest requirements
- and more stable systems overall
all help make Lootday feel smoother and fairer for everyone using it.
Long-term, we want Lootday to grow together with the community. And for that to happen, we need honest feedback from the people actually using the platform – whether it’s about technical issues, offer quality, tracking questions, or general suggestions for improvement.
The better we understand how Lootday is actually being used day to day, the better we can continue improving the platform over time.
