In our regular setup guides, we introduce you to the best attachments for each weapon in Black Ops Cold War. Today, we’re talking about a very special submachine gun: the KSP 45.

Looking for the best weapons in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War? You’ve already found your favorite weapon, but want to know which attachments you can use to get the most out of it? Then you’ve come to the right place! We show you the best weapons in Black Ops Cold War, and their optimal setups, in our setup guides.

We’ve already covered the most popular MPs like the MP5, the Milano, the AK-74u, and of course, the MAC 10, so let’s move on to the exotics. Personally, I’m a huge fan of the AUG – taking out opponents with just one well-aimed burst is an incredibly awesome feeling.

For those who feel the same way, but prefer to play a bit more aggressively, and like to go into close combat, then there is also such a weapon among the MPs – the KSP 45! The KSP is the only MP with burst fire. It fires in bursts of three and has very little delay between bursts.

In its class, it has the highest damage per bullet, and the shortened TTK when you hit. Additionally, it has an amazingly accurate hip-fire, which makes it very strong in close combat as well. The only drawback is the very slow projectile speed and that it doesn’t have a fully automatic mode – but that’s what some players love, including me.

KSP 45 Setup

In order to make our setup accessible to all players, regardless of the wildcard that they choose, we will again limit ourselves to the most important five attachments for the weapon. Those who use gunslingers can occupy the remaining three slots according to personal preference.

As already mentioned, the projectile velocity of the KSP is very slow, but this can be compensated for with attachments. With this setup, we get everything out of it that we can:

  • Muzzle: SOCOM Eliminator
  • Barrel: 10.5” Special Command
  • Underbarrel: Field Agent Foregrip
  • Handle: Snake Wrap
  • Stock: Wire stock

The heart of our setup is the barrel. With the 10.5” Special Command, we increase projectile acceleration by 75%, range by 50%, and damage by 6%. With the SOCOM eliminator, we get 85% muzzle flash shielding and reduce vertical recoil by 17%.

The foregrip reduces vertical recoil by another 6% and horizonal by 20%. To be able to react faster, we increase the sprint-to-shoot speed with the wire stock and increase the ZV speed by 25% with the snake wrap.

With this setup, you dish out decent melee and can rely on Hipfire at times, but can still keep up at longer ranges. Even though the spread of bursts increases at range, the KSP is much more accurate than other MPs.
