After an explosive evening of destroying trains in Call of Duty: Vanguard's reveal event, we awoke bleary eyed to the news that some campaign gameplay was on its way. And in only a matter of days too!

Call of Duty: Vanguard is enjoying its moment in the sun, and fewer and fewer Twitter bots are repeating the "DeAd gAme, evEryOne WilL be pLaYing BaTtleField" joke this week. The trailer looks astonishing, and news that the game will run on the same engine as MW 2019 has only redoubled our excitement. So what's next in the runup to this release?

Another reveal event is coming later this week, it'll show some campaign gameplay, and it looks fantastic...but you judge that for yourself - we've got the leaked screenshot beneath!

The campaign will be a real sell with this installment of the franchise, so let's hope it's every bit as exciting as that trailer was. And an especially exciting fact that the trailer revealed was the location of the game, or should I say locations, because in this WWII game, we're going to all four corners of the globe. The pacific looked especially exciting, which is what we needed, given that Warzone's new map will be set in the Pacific.
