That's alright, it's the new Call of Duty, it looks pretty bloody good, and we're enjoying the process of writing about it. So, the RAAL LMG is an LMG that people who enjoyed its inclusion in Modern Warfare will enjoy its inclusion in Warzone. It is, in fact, an LMG that offers very high damage, and a moderate rate of fire. In other words... exactly what you would expect from an LMG. Warzone has focused on Black Ops Cold War weapons since December, much to its detriment, so Modern Warfare's weapons have been thrown by the wayside. No longer! How to Unlock the RAAL LMG in Warzone Season 5
To unlock the RAAL LMG in Warzone, you need to complete a challenge in Multiplayer. That challenge is as follows:
“Get 5 kills in 7 different matches while using LMGs equipped with a Scout Optic.”
Yeah, yeah, sounds easy right? Wrong! Well, kind-of wrong! Look, in principle, this is a pretty bloody easy challenge to complete. Get five kills in seven different matches? Easy-peasy lemon-squeezy! Well, yes, but it's also bloody annoying because if you only get a couple of kills and don't make your quota, then you're off to the Gulag! Well, yes, literally, it's Warzone. What I really mean is that you'll have to play yet another match for every match you fail. There's a tongue-twister for you.

The funny thing about the RAAL LMG is that, earlier in 2021, a few players were actually able to pick the bloody thing up as a legendary ground loot weapon. This was only for a few players, and it very quickly disappeared. It seemed to have been a mistake from the developer, but fans got pretty excited about the potential of this hard-hitting LMG to return properly. It has been a few months, and it's finally here.
