Vanguard's weapons will be integrated into the next phase of Warzone from December 8. But, which sniper should you level-up? What Vanguard Sniper is going to be meta in Warzone?
A lot of this question will depend on how they integrate the snipers. If they copy them over one-for-one, from Vanguard to Warzone, there will be a profound backlash from the community. Certain attachments currently available to these snipers have no place in a competitive environment. We therefore think that, like Black Ops Cold War, the weapons will be “rebalanced” for Warzone integration. Specifically, it's likely that attachments with the following advantages will be reworked or removed:
- Anything that increases or decreases the size of an enemy's “critical area”.
- Anything that negates optic glint.
So we're going to answer this question assuming that the above bonuses won't apply, or will be heavily nerfed before integration.
For each of these rifles, we put together what we believe is going to be the meta builds based on how sniping works in Warzone (prioritizing bullet velocity, ADS, damage range, etc.), and then we compared their stats.
