5. CRAGGY COAT: Craggy Coat was simple and straight to the point. An item that granted 12 armor but lowered your attack speed by 35. It first appeared in the Siltbreaker event but eventually made its way into the game. It was perfect for supports, casters and heroes with so much attack speed they didn't care about the downside. 4. WOODLAND STRIDERS: When it comes to boots there are only a couple of options in the store. Woodland Striders were the cool alternative that gave you insane health regen, plenty of movement speed, and the ability to spawn trees while walking. (Credit: Reddit)
3. IRON TALON: Iron Talon is a double-edged sword. On one hand, it allowed you to farm faster and catch up in an otherwise lost game. On the other people would just stay in the jungle and farm forever. (Credit: Twitter - Artibuff)
2. MANGO TREE: Mango Tree was one of the most fun neutral items and placement was everything with. It either gave you vision for half an hour and plenty of mangos or it was cut down by the enemy in 30 seconds. (Credit: Valve Corporation)
1. POOR MAN'S SHIELD: PMS is not the abbreviation we'd like to have but the item itself is a fan favorite. It was part of the laning phase for years and any melee hero that wanted to survive had to buy it. Then came the changes and it was brought back as a neutral item. Patch 7.28 removed it completely. Dota 2 has 120 heroes and even more items. While many of them are easily acquirable to purchase from the main or secret shop others are just pure chance. Neutral items were introduced with patch 7.23 in late 2019 but by now they just seem like a natural part of the game. Some of them were removed with the Mistwoods Update and we truly miss them. Here are 5 removed Dota 2 neutral items we'd like to see back.
