Maybe you missed the hype last year, so let me get you up to speed: Fallout is getting a TV show. This is not a leak, nor a rumor, this has actually been confirmed by Amazon Prime themselves. Spoiler alert: it'll be one hell of a ride.

[Update, June 29, 2022]
My statement about the Amazon Prime Fallout TV show has not changed. In fact, after the news that dropped today, I'm more certain than ever that this show will be insanely good. Why? Because the show has revealed some cast members and let me tell you, these are some top-tier actors.
Confirmed Amazon Prime's Fallout TV Show Cast
These are the cast members that have been confirmed so far:
- Kyle MacLachlan (Twin Peaks, Dune)
- Xelia Mendes-Jones (Havoc)
- Aaron Moten (Father Stu, Emancipation)
- Walton Goggins (Ant-Man and the Wasp, Tomb Raider, The Hateful Eight)
- Ella Purnell (Arcane, Army of the Dead)
Excuse me, are you seeing this? Kyle MacLachlan, Walton Goggins, Ella Purnell?! True, the last two have been confirmed a while ago (Goggins is playing a ghoul. Can't wait to see what that looks like), but the first three are brand-new and MacLachlan in particular got people excited as hell.
Though we shouldn't overlook Xelia Mendes-Jones and Aaron Moten. They might not have as much experience on their backs, but that TV show will be crazy good, and they wouldn't just cast anyone for it.

Listen, I'm a Fallout fan. So much so, that just two days ago, I started another Fallout 4 play through because... why not? Unlike others, I am not against the idea of my favorite games being turned into TV shows. I actually rather like it. I loved The Witcher, for example.
Amazon Prime is working on the Fallout TV show – yes, I admit, I also wanted it to be Netflix – and the first teaser for that came over a year ago already. This was the tweet back then.

Is There A Fallout TV Show?
A Fallout TV Show is currently in production over at Amazon. This has been confirmed by the tweet that you see above, so no he-said, she-said, it's legit. If you didn't know about this, you're welcome, if you did know about this and are wondering why we bring it up now: Lucy Joy, the co-creator of the Fallout TV Show recently sat down with Collider to talk about the Fallout TV series and this quote kinda says it all.
It is just a gonzo, crazy, funny, adventure and a mindf*** like none you've ever seen before
We 100% believe her on that. Why? Because when I said co-creator, did you not think: but who is the other one working on the Fallout TV show? Jonathan Nolan.
Does that ring any bells? Probably because he worked on Westworld as the director and writer. Westworld. The show that constantly screws up our brains and makes us binge-watch with heaps of chips in our lap because we need comfort food to help our brains cope. Him working on the Fallout TV show means that this show will be absolutely insane and... well... a mindf***.
