Dr Disrespect fans were shocked when his Hitman 3 stream started. Something was seriously wrong with the streamer’s hair – or lack thereof. That’s right, Dr. Disrespect donned a skin-colored skullcap in an attempt at a Hitman 3, Agent 47 cosplay.
Agent 47 is bald and it is probably his number one distinguishing physical feature. For his last stream, Dr D donned the iconic look. Fans lost it when the stream went live on YouTube, as the chat was spammed with bald emotes and praise of Dr Disrespect's shiny new chrome dome. However, it was a fake-out! The streamer did not shave his head but wore one of those fake rubber caps that make you appear bald.
After the stream, Dr Disrespect took to Twitter for some not-so-humble-brags claiming his victory over Hitman 3 and his apparent domination of the game on the hardest difficulty.
I literally did a speed run in Hitman 3 on Master Difficulty and wound up 33rd in the world.I mean, if it isn't obvious, I'm the best.

Agent 47 returns in Hitman 3! You can find the game on all major gaming platforms but shaving your head or cosplaying is completely optional.
