Every two weeks we show the most important Esports player transfers in our series: the latest roster changes, player contracts or dismissals. Especially in Dota 2 there is a lot going on at the moment, but it's not the only place where Corona claims its victims.

The Esports scene is constantly changing - and we don't just mean updates, events and new releases like Valorant. No, behind the scenes there are always newcomers, player changes or farewells - although the latter is sometimes a rather unpleasant "being left behind". Every two weeks there is our new EarlyGame series. The start will be week 12/13.

CS:GO

Made in Brazil

Yeah, they're breaking up with coach Wilton "zews" Prado. The former Luminosity SK roster could never match his previous successes. The not very convincing performance of the mibr roster already led to star player coldzera changing to the FaZe Clan. Now the management of Made in Brazil decided that the main problem was coaching. Bye, bye zews!

It has already been announced that mibr will not be looking for a new coach, but manager Ricardo "dead" Sinigaglia will take over this role. However, Made in Brazil has just won the first group of Flashpoint Season 1, so the timing of this announcement seems a bit strange.

Astralis

The team confirmed that they have signed Patrick "es3tag" Hansen. He will complete the six-man roster starting July 1st. In this way Astralis wants to reduce the stress of the players and enable them to take a break during tournament phases.

In a series of tweets, CEO Nikolaj Nyholm explained that the addition of a roster to her roster had long been a goal of Astralis. They already had the problem in 2017 that Nicolai "device" Reedtz was out of action for several weeks due to illness and they had to play two tournaments with substitutes.

We'll see what effect this new roster and the player replacements that come with it will have. But the thought behind a six-man roster is commendable.

FunPlus Phoenix Has someone been switched? Yes: FunPlus Phoenix will send Bad News Bears into the second phase of Flashpoint 1 instead of Swole Patrol.

After no agreement was reached in the dispute over whether Swole Patrol will compete under the FPX name, FPX is now sending Peter "ptr" Gurney's team into the race. Swole Patrol replaced the Heroic-Roster, which FPX originally wanted to buy. This deal fell through after Astralis signed es3tag with Heroic.

The new team consists of Peter "ptr" Gurney, Mitch "Mitch" Semago, Michael "Dapr" Gulino, Jon "Jonji" Carey and Austin "Crashies" Roberts. They played their first match against c0ntact on March 29th and lost 1:2 and their next opponent will be Chaos on April 2nd.

Chaos

A separation is imminent: Chaos have announced that they will separate from AWPer Owen "smooya" Butterfield.

Already since the beginning of the month smooya can not play for Chaos due to problems with his visa. The Brit is currently in England, where his interview at the US embassy has been postponed indefinitely due to the corona virus.

As he writes on Twitter himself, it's a pity that he will lose his job because of the virus, but he will be streaming a lot in the future and is happy to stand in for other players if necessary. He also tries to find a team again as soon as possible, as he doesn't want to lose his progress.

The chaos roster is further completed by Logan "Voltage" Long, who had been filling in for smooya since the beginning of the month.

Dota 2

Chaos

And Chaos once again. The organization is parting with its entire Dota 2 roster.

Due to the coronavirus the Dota Pro Circuit was canceled, which forced Chaos to make changes. As CEO Greg Laird announced, Chaos can't afford to pay a Dota 2 team at the moment despite the DPC cancellation. It is now necessary to set priorities to ensure the continuity of the organization.

Chaos wishes the team all the best and calls on organizations and sponsors to contact the team via Twitter as well as on their website.

The team around manager Jack Chen already announced that they will participate in the ESL One Los Angeles Online under the name Quincy crew.

Alliance

There are also changes to the Alliance Dota 2 roster. The team bids farewell to two players - Adrian "Fata" Trinks and Neta "33" Shapira.

In preparation for the TI 10 in August, Alliance considers it inevitable to make some changes to the roster if they want to close the gap to the absolute top teams. It is emphasized that the decision was not taken lightly and the performance of the two players was very good. However, the goal of Alliance is nothing less than to become the best Dota 2 team.

The current roster now consists of Nikolay "Nikobaby" Nikolov, Linus "Limmp" Blomdin and Simon "Handsken" Haag. Who will fill up the roster is not yet clear, but will be announced as soon as possible.

Team Singularity

Like chaos, Team Singularity is parting company with its entire Dota 2 roster.

Founder and CEO Atle S. Stehouwer said that they have long tried to secure a place among the top teams in the EU region. But as this region is the strongest in the Dota scene, this was not crowned with success. They did not manage to qualify for a LAN and also the corona crisis makes it more and more difficult to keep the roster. That's why they decided to take this step. The team will disband after the separation from Team Singularity.

League of Legends

Counter Logic Gaming

Mid Laner Lee "Crown" Min-ho leaves Counter Logic Gaming and joins the South Korean team OZ Gaming.

After Crown was replaced by Eugene "Pobelter" Park at the beginning of the Spring Split due to poor performance, he is now saying goodbye to North America and will be playing for OZ Gaming from now on. Let's hope that he will regain his old strength in his home country.

Fortnite

Luminosity Gaming

The organization signed Harley "Mrfreshasian" Campbell.

The 18-year-old Fortnite streamer was under contract with the Renegades until November 2019 and has almost two million followers on Twitch and over three million subscribers on YouTube. Since 21 March, he has now joined the Fortnite team at Luminosity.

These were the most important transfers at Esports for the last two weeks. Furthermore, there is news about the postponed Dota 2 events and also about the ESL Pro League.
