You might be a bit surprised by the fact, but Bundesliga vice-champions Borussia Dortmund have one of the best squads in all of FIFA 21. We checked in with the numbers and brought you the best lineup the Black & Yellow have to offer.

With highly coveted youngsters such as Jadon Sancho and Erling Haaland and many quality veterans to go around them, Borussia Dortmund have one of the best squads not only in the Bundesliga, but in FIFA 21 altogether.

FIFA 21 Borussia Dortmund Ratings

Some BVB players already have better cards, such as the aforementioned Haaland, who was included in TOTW 2, and Axel Witsel, who received a nice Flashback SBC card. Even without boosts, the roster is quite impressive.

Captain Marco Reus overcomes a three-point OVR decrease from FIFA 20 to remain one of the best CAMs in FIFA 21. Another veteran - Mats Hummels, shines in central defense. The pick of the bunch, however, is English winger Jadon Sancho. His 87 OVR makes him the best non-Bayern player in the entire Bundesliga.

  • GK: Roman Bürki - 84 OVR
  • LB: Nico Schulz - 80 OVR
  • CB: Mats Hummels - 86 OVR
  • CB: Lukasz Piszczek - 80 OVR
  • RB: Thomas Meunier - 81 OVR
  • CM: Axel Witsel - 84 OVR
  • CM: Emre Can - 82 OVR
  • LW: Thorgan Hazard - 83 OVR
  • RW: Jadon Sancho - 87 OVR
  • CAM: Marco Reus - 85 OVR
  • ST: Erling Haaland - 84 OVR

EarlyGame Tip: Despite him having a lower rating than Witsel, we'd recommend taking Emre Can for your FUT squad if you need a central midfielder. Can accelerates in the speed and physical statistical categories, which are key in FIFA 21, and is much cheaper than the Belgian.
