Title Update 7 follows quickly after the last FIFA 21 patch, which isn't a huge surprise with a recently released FIFA game. They are buggy.

Two patches for FIFA 21 - Title Update 6.0 and 6.1, were released last week. The latter was a fix for a bug created by the former, which should tell you all you need to know about that. Now Title Update 7 is also out and it does keep up with the tone of the previous patch, so at least there's some continuity.

FIFA 21 Title Update 7

FIFA 21 Title Update 7 tries to push referees further away from Moron county, which was first tackled way back in Title Update 4. Gameplay changes also include cross alterations, making volleys more difficult and another, hopefully more successful, attempt at fixing interceptions of easy passes.

In a bit more detail, referees should recognize better when to show a card, be it yellow or red. Volleys will be affected negatively when the ball is coming at you at high speed. You shouldn't worry about that if you have bad crossers performing driven or driven ground crosses, because their speed will be lowered after this update. The better the crosser is, the least you will feel this effect.

These are just the tip of the bug-fixing iceberg. Some minor stuff has been touched upon in terms of gameplay, audio-visuals and the FUT, Career and VOLTA modes. The full Title Update 7 patch notes are in the FIFA forums.

The patch is available for PC only. Console users will probably get it by the end of the week.
