Our rating prediction series continues with Tottenham Hotspur today. The Spurs have beaten Manchester City right at the beginning of the season – and that without Harry Kane. Which ratings will Tottenham have in FIFA 22? We can already reveal that Heung Min Son will be an absolute beast.

From the Champions League final in 2019 to the Conference League in 2021, the Spurs had two difficult seasons. Mauricio Pochettino was followed by José Mourinho, but "The Special One" was sacked after disappointing results. Now, the "Lilywhites" are coached by Nuno Espírito Santo, who wasn't exactly the first choice of coaches.

FIFA 22 Rating Prediction: Tottenham Hotspur without Harry Kane?

Over the last weeks, everything was about Harry Kane, who would like to leave the club for Manchester City. Who can blame him, he won't win any titles with Tottenham, but at City, he would have a star ensemble around him. Kane has scored the most goals and given the most assists (and still didn't get Premier League Player of the Year... ridiculous), so his rating will improve, regardless of the club. Harry Kane Rating FIFA 22

Since Kane is still under contract with the Spurs, he's in here for now. Otherwise, check out the Manchester City prediction, where he will soon be represented in. But back to the rating: as the absolute top scorer of the Premier League, the best league in the world, he earned a +2 upgrade and will thus move up to the 90 club.

Heung-Min Son Rating FIFA 22

Sonny is an absolute machine; the South Korean scores dream goals non-stop and is the perfect counter-attacking player for Tottenham. In FIFA, he enjoys great popularity because of his speed and the five stars at weak foot. He also gets a +2 upgrade because of his 27 scorer points.

Hugo Lloris Rating FIFA 22

The captain of the French national team is one of the most solid keepers in the Premier League; no one beats him on the line. Pierre-Emile Højbjerg Rating FIFA 22

Højbjerg was a regular player and midfield leader for the Spurs last season. The Dane, who also played a fantastic European Championship, clears everything for you in midfield and also sets expectations in the forward play. Giovanni Lo Celso Rating FIFA 22

Reguilón is one of the more popular left backs in the PL because he is fast. In reality, he has often been lacking defensively, but has been able to make up for it offensively. Ergo: The 82 remains.

Dele has been a shadow of his former self for two years now. Hopefully, he will find his old strength again this season. He gets a downgrade.

Speaking of downgrades: Bergwijn is all ears. We don't want to label him as a bad transfer yet, but the acclimatization phase is definitely over as of now. 81 OVR would be a fitting rating.

Tanguy Ndombele Rating FIFA 22

Tanguy Ndombele | FIFA 21 Rating: 80 OVR | FIFA 22 Rating Prediction: 81 OVR

Ndombele knew how to convince: In FIFA 21, he made it to the Community TOTS. There is hardly a second player who is as dribble-strong as the Frenchman. We think a +1 upgrade is fair.

Davinson Sanchez Rating FIFA 22

Tottenham was simply too vulnerable defensively last season to protect their center backs from a downgrade. Sanchez put in a terrific performance in the opener against City, but the rating is based on last season. For him, it's -1.

Cristian Romero Rating FIFA 22

Cristian Romero is Spurs' most expensive new signing. Have the upcoming Kane millions already been invested? Romero had a breakout season at Atalanta and therefore, improves his rating by seven points!

Another transfer disappointment. The Irishman played great at Wolves, but at Tottenham, he somehow didn't find his footing. Significantly, the young Tanganga is a regular player in the new season. For Doherty, it goes down from an 81 to a 79.

Moussa Sissoko Rating FIFA 22

We all love Moussa Sissoko, that's for sure. His FUTTIES cards are legendary. Unfortunately, he doesn't get a chance at Tottenham anymore. Maybe a change is imminent there as well. What is certain is that he will be downgraded. Probably even by two points.

Oliver Skipp Rating FIFA 22

Skipp comes from the club's own youth academy and was able to gain playing experience with second-division club Norwich. He achieved promotion with Norwich, and many fans expected him to be a TOTS card, which he just didn't get. Instead, he gets an upgrade from us, and that's much more valuable anyway. With +7 OVR, Skipp would be gold player - deserved.

Bryan Gil Rating FIFA 22

Another acclaimed Spurs newcomer. Gil is based on the left side and should make a splash there with his buddy Reguilón. Gil joins from Sevilla FC, but was loaned to Eibar last season, where he was held in high regards. The Spaniard improves by a whole eight points!
