Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 is in full swing, but while players are busy speculating what could happen in Season 3, Fortnite leakers out there have found details about the release date of Chapter 6! And it seems the new chapter will arrive later this year.
Fortnite Chapter 6 Set To Release In December 2024
As usual, the leaks come from our good friend and Fortnite leaker Hypex. He discovered the Fortnite roadmap for the year 2024, which teases what's to come in the Battle Royale, Lego, Festival, and Rocket Racing modes this year.

For Battle Royale, there are plans for crossovers with Pirates of the Caribbean, Fall Guys, and Metallica. Then, in October, as always, there's the Fortnitemares event, and shortly after Chapter 2 makes its comeback in November, Chapter 6 will begin at its end.
With this, it's confirmed that Chapter 5 ends after just four seasons (and a month of Chapter 2). Chapter 1 lasted a proud ten seasons, and Chapter 2, eight. We're definitely excited to see how the island will change this year and will keep you updated with all the news.
