The next months of the Fortnite Crew will have a single theme and include characters from Fortnite’s past. The Shadows will be revealed in the coming months, starting with Midas' First Shadows Operatives in September's Fortnite Crew Pack.
In the most recent Fortnite Crew bundles, we saw the Mecha Team Leader and Marvel's Loki, then community Skin Summer Skye. Now, it's time to go back in time and offer Mida’s agents. Or, as Epic games puts it:
“Before the days of Shadow, Midas set his sights on building an empire of espionage, intrigue, and conquest. Enter his original three operatives.”
It looks like for the next three months we will get skins from the shadows, who are Midas’ original operatives. It is still unclear what skins and cosmetics will come in the coming months, but if it mirrors things from previous months, we should know what to expect.
Also, keep in mind there are still a few days left to still get August's Crew Pack: Summer Skye, if you want this community skin!

If you join Fortnite Crew, you'll also receive some additional benefits like a free Battle Pass and 1,000 V-Bucks. You can also cancel the subscription at any point. The cost of the subscription is $11.99 per month, and it is pretty great value in terms of content and cosmetics because you also get that month's exclusive cosmetics and the entire battle pass for that season, so the best value is to wait for the next season's Battle Pass to come out.
What’s in Fortnite Crew for September?
The full list of items has not been revealed by Epic Games yet. In September, you can expect the following kinds of cosmetics as part of the subscription:
- First Shadows Outfit with two styles
- First Shadows back-bling
- First Shadows Harvesting Tool
- First Shadows Weapon wrap
- First Shadows loading screen

Fortnite Crew September Release Date
The new Fortnite Crew bundle with First Shadows will become available on August 31 at 7:00 PM CT (that's 2:00 AM CET, September 1).
