Lesser rune bear — 5. Lesser Runebear

Players who already have experience with FromSoftware games know that appearances can be an illusion. So new players shouldn't be fooled by the Runebear's massive appearance. Although it is larger than most wild animals, the Runebear is a speed demon. What makes fighting the Lesser Runebear so annoying, is the fact that his fast attacks are long range, so fighting him in melee is almost a death wish, especially for new players. Revenant Elden Ring — 4. Revenant

FromSoftware is known for creating some of the creepiest and most hideous creatures in the video game industry, and with Elden Ring they didn't hold back. And the Revenant is one of the ugliest humanoid enemies in the game. The Revenant is quite annoying to battle since it can create portals to flank. And if you don't deal with it quickly, the Revenant will unleash a flurry of attacks that'll stagger you to death. The best way to deal with this mutated bastard is using Holy Damage, so you are an Astrologer or any incantation user can use any healing spell to deal damage to the Revenant and heal yourself. | © FromSoftware

Not only do these hands look ultra disgusting, they're also super annoying. And players with even slight arachnophobia may find themselves dreading an encounter with this abomination. Large and small versions of this hideous creation roam the Lands Between, but the bigger version is far more alarming.
