First things first: When will the next Genshin Impact Special Announcement Stream start?
Fortunately, there's no need to keep waiting any longer for all the new information and updates, as the stream itself will take place on December 8, 2023, at 5:00 a.m. PDT / 2:00 p.m. CEST / 8:00 p.m. CST.

Genshin Impact: Version 4.3 Banner Preview
4.3 Banner: First Half
As I already mentioned, the new limited 5-Star character on the upcoming banner will be none other than the president of the “Spina di Rosula” herself: Navia! She will be featured during the first half. The rerun unit for this part will be Ayaka!

We already got to know Navia quite a bit throughout the Fontaine Archon quest line. She played an essential role during the 4.0 part and has an amazing personality if you ask me.
After her father died, Navia tried everything to restore the honor of the former Spina di Rosula leader. Especially her relationship with Clorinde during the entire story quest is quite interesting, and it's really fascinating to see the development of both their points of view.
Next to her, we will see the new 4-Star unit Chevreuse, who is the Captain of the Special Security and Surveillance Patrol, on Navia's banner. Unfortunately, we do not know a lot about this little lady's background story, however, I'm pretty sure she is at least as much of a powerhouse as Navia is.

Let's take a look at the second half as well!
4.3 Banner: Second Half
Even though there will be no new character on this part of the banner, there is one a lot of players are waiting for: Raiden Shogun!

Raiden will probably stay one of the most popular units in the entire game, which is honestly to no one's surprise. Her kit is just absolutely amazing, being both a main DPS or a supportive burst DPS. Next to that, we can’t deny that her looks are just out of this world! Definitely a must pull if you do not already have a copy of her!
Alongside her, we have Yoiymiya on the second half of the version 4.3 banner. Story wise, Yoimiya is one of the most adorable units the game has to offer. Her cheerful spirit just lifts your mood, no matter how bad your artifacts turn out to be on this day.
And that wraps up the 4.3 banner! Looks like a pretty good mix to me, however, I bet I'm not the only one who has a hard time deciding between Navia and Raiden Shogun …
