The original Half-Life was really something different, as it raised the bar for every other shooter for years to come. The game led to the creation of Counter-Strike, and many other popular mods, that got their own game (such as Team Fortress 2). Heroes 3 is THE Heroes game that we all know and love. Why? It looked good, it played well, it offered online multiplayer, and on top of that, it aged really well. The sprites graphics look amazing even today! The best part is that the game still has a thriving community, and even received an unofficial expansion with Horn of the Abyss. If you plan on buying the title, make sure you get the Complete edition, not the HD one.
