Actually, the quest is just oddly phrased because to complete the "Travel into the Future Slowly" mission, you just have to play the game.
That's right, Epic probably just had a bit of fun with this challenge. Because as time passes, you're essentially leaving the present and moving further into the future. And to travel slowly into the future in Fortnite, all you have to do is play the game and let 300 seconds pass, which equals 5 minutes.
Of course, you shouldn't be eliminated during that time. So, it's best to stay in the Battle Bus for as long as possible and then land in a safe place. Once you've survived for 5 minutes in the match, the quest is completed, and you'll receive 300 Ooze for the TMNJ Mini-Battle Pass.
