The Shield Bubble was first added to Fortnite back in August 2019. There are two different variants of it, which only differ in size. The Shield Bubble Jr. has the exact same function as the original Shield Bubble, only it is much smaller.
Both bubbles essentially serve as a protective shield, intercepting projectiles and explosions. However, players can move through the bubble. The bubble lasts for 30 seconds. Bullets and rockets can be fired within the bubble shield, but they cannot leave the bubble.

Where To Find The Shield Bubble Jr. In Fortnite
The Shield Bubble Jr. is currently part of Fortnite's regular loot pool. That means it can be found on the ground, in chests, and in supply drops.
