Anime Vanguards features a full-fledged Trait system where each character that you summon has a chance to come with a unique Trait or none.
Moreover, there's also a Trait NPC where you can use Trait Rerolls Crystals to add a random Trait to a unit of your choice or reroll the Trait for a unit already as an existing Trait.

Anime Vanguards Traits Tier List
My Anime Vanguard Traits tier list ranks all available Traits in the game under different tiers based on how effective their stat boosts are, practical use of the Trait in the various game modes, community rankings, and preference, and, of course, the rarity of the Trait.
- S-tier: The Traits in this tier are the best as they offer great stat boosts, whether we talk about DMG, Range, or SPA reduction.
- A-tier: The Traits in this tier are great for improving a particular aspect, like Range, EXP gain, etc, of a unit.
- B-tier: The Traits in this tier are good but fail to provide application in battle as the S and A-tier Traits do.
- C-tier: Starter Traits that improve a particular attribute. You can use these if you have no Traits, but try to get the higher-tier Traits as you play.

How To Reroll Traits In Anime Vanguard
In Anime Vanguard, you can reroll your Traits via Mandra NPC, which you can find in front of the Evolve gate in the Tokyo Plaza hub area.
Go and talk to Mandra and exhaust his dialogues to enter the Trait Reroll menu. Click on the plus icon on the silhouette to select the unit whose Trait you want to reroll or add a new Trait.
Now tap on Reroll, and you will get a new Trait. Keep rerolling until you get a suitable Trait, and also keep an eye on the Trait Reroll Crystals on the right side, as they are hard to come by.
