There are six Friendship Ranks that you can achieve with the characters in Song of The Prairie based on your FP gain with the respective character. These are:
- Stranger: Requires around 15 FP
- Acquaintance: Requires 150 FP
- Friendly: Requires around 350 FP
- Favor: Requires around 1000 FP
- Friend: Requires around 1500 FP
- Best Friend/Lover: Max Rank, though you can fill the FP bar with 3000 FP
How To Go On Date In Song Of The Prairie
In Song of The Prairie, once you reach the Friend Rank with any character, you can talk to them and ask them out by selecting the respective dialogue option. The characters will agree to a date, granted there are no official events on the next in-game day.
Each character has a Date Spot and five activities that govern the total FP gain and the Intimacy Tier. Keep chatting with your partner and engaging in the different activities one by one, and you will gradually unlock Intimacy actions.
How To Confess & Marry In Song Of The Prairie
You can confess to a character in Song of The Prairie by gifting the item called Lover's Gaze, whose crafting recipe unlocks automatically once you reach the Best Friend rank with any character.
Note: If you already have a Lover or are Married, you must first break up with the current character to confess to the new character. No extramarital affair here!
How To Breakup In Song Of The Prairie
To break up with any character in Song of the Prairie, you must craft and give the respective character the Broken Heart item. The recipe for the said item is unlocked as soon as you reach Best Friend status with any character.
