Loong's Pearl is one of the character ascension materials needed for ascending Resonators like Jinhsi in Wuthering Waves. It was added to the game with the version 1.1 update and the new area Mt. Firament.

Wuthering Waves Loong's Pearl Location
In Wuthering Waves, you can find a ton of Loong's Pearl around the lake near Loong's Rest in Mt. Firament. So far, I found 24 Loong's Pearl around the highlighted area in the above map screenshot.
You can also buy Loong's Pearl from Mianglong Chamber (more details on that will be added soon!)... Lastly, you can buy Loong's Pearl from Shinfang Pharmacy in Jinzhou.
Update: You unlock the Mianglong Chamber by progressing through the Jinzhou Rising quest and obtaining the Cipher Key from the Truthseeker's Path.
That said, you can find 16 plus Loong's Pearl in Mianglong Chamber.
