League of Legends Patch 10.16 is finally confirmed, and this one continues the trend of pro player specific nerfs with Riot Games' attempting to change the meta for professional players for their major tournaments.

League of Legends fans, are you entertained yet? These past few weeks saw two champions' unveiled, one released, brand new Spirit Blossom skins, and Nexus Blitz! If you need to know what some of the best Spirit Blossom Skins are, we've got you covered.

Spirit Blossom skins aside, lol patch 10.16 has begun, and this one is much simpler than in previous patch notes. Why? Well, Riot Games is focusing much more on champions played within a professional setting to ensure the meta is not stale for upcoming tournaments this year.

Volibear, Nautilus, Sett, Syndra, and Ashe are just some of the champions that will be targeted for Patch 10.16 for pro play nerfs. Mark Yetter stated Riot Games are "Diversifying the playoffs meta as much as we can before fine-tuning it for worlds."

What's strange is that on this set of preview notes, there are more buffs than nerfs at the moment. Of course, this is a preview. Things could change, but it's nice to see the inclusion of more champions in the buffed section.

Yasuo, Lucian, Ziggs, Neeko, and Jax are just some of the champions on the buff list - yes, Yasuo is getting buffed. We'll be keen to see the actual numbers to find out how significant this buff will be.
