The Swiss rifler's time with the Berlin based org is already coming to an end, as BIG is now on the hunt for a fifth player again.

In a rather surprising move, following their first Major qualification in over two years, BIG Clan have announced, that they will be parting ways with Rigon "rigoN" Gashi, come January 1.
rigoN is set to become a Free Agent!
The Swiss-Albanian rifler joined the German org back in June, following the benching of David "prosus" Hesse. He was constantly trying to find his footing in a new environment, having previously played as the main rifle for Bad News Eagles.
At BIG, he had less space to work with, due to Karim "Krimbo" Moussa and Jon "JDC" De Castro taking up the main roles on the T-side, whilst his solo anchoring of Bombsites also left a lot to be desired.
Parting ways with BIG / Free Agent starting 1. January 2025After an intense and unforgettable journey, its time for me to say goodbye. This chapter has been filled with ups and downs that have shaped me not only as a player but also as a person.Together we gave it our all,... https://t.co/ph2huUEhp8

The move to bench him now comes somewhat surprising nonetheless, as the team had improved massively over the course of the 6-month-period.
Today, we say goodbye to our rifler, @rigoNcs Thank you for your passion you brought into BIG and for fighting our way to the top 16 in Shanghai.Wishing you all the best in your next chapter! pic.twitter.com/QTX7kMGJ9T

BIG will now have to find a fifth player yet again. Over the course of the past 3 years, no other team in the top 20 HLTV world rankings has seen this many roster moves.
Will kyuubii join the team?
According to Twitter/X user GermanCSLeaks, the desired target is Can "kyuubii" Ali, who last appeared for fnatic. It is a move that would make sense in terms of keeping the communication German and signing yet another young, upcoming German rifler. However, kyuubii would likely face similar issues in terms of roles and space as rigoN did.
It remains to be seen if this will in fact turn out to be true. Further German-speaking options that have not previously played for BIG are limited. The list of German Free Agents does however include some intriguing names, such as Nils "k1to" Gruhne and Tizian "tiziaN" Feldbusch, who were part of BIG Clan's most successful era back in 2020.
What do you think? Will kyuubii turn out the right fit, or will BIG sign someone else?
For now, BIG Clan is left with:
- Johannes "tabseN" Wodarz
- Karim "Krimbo" Moussa
- Florian "syrsoN" Rische
- Jon "JDC" De Castro
- Alexander "kakafu" Szymanczyk (Coach)
