ChatGPT teams up with Speechify to add celebrity voices like MrBeast and Snoop Dogg, making AI audio more human.
ChatGPT is getting a serious audio glow-up. Thanks to a new integration with Speechify, users can now hear AI responses read aloud using voices inspired by some of the biggest names in pop culture, including YouTuber MrBeast.
ChatGPT Audio Gets A Star Boost
While ChatGPT already offers its own native voice mode for hands-free conversations, Speechify takes things a step further by adding high-quality, celebrity-backed text-to-speech capabilities directly into the chatbot. It’s not exactly the stars themselves talking to you, but it’s probably the closest thing yet.
Speechify is best known as an AI-powered text-to-speech platform that converts written content from websites, PDFs, emails, and documents into natural-sounding audio. The tool has long been popular with people who are blind, have dyslexia, or simply prefer listening over reading especially while multitasking during commutes, workouts, or busy workdays.
Now, that same technology is being woven directly into ChatGPT. As of February 3, 2026, users can activate Speechify through ChatGPT’s app system. Once enabled, generating audio is simple: just type “@speechify” after any ChatGPT response, and the AI will instantly read it out loud.
MrBeast & Snoop Dogg Voices Arrive
What really sets this integration apart is the voice library. Speechify has partnered with a range of well-known celebrities who have licensed their voices for use in the app. The lineup includes rapper Snoop Dogg, actress Gwyneth Paltrow, and creator powerhouse Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson, among others. Additional voices include Paris Hilton, comedian King Bach, and actor John Rhys-Davies, known for his role in The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
According to Speechify founder and CEO Cliff Weitzman, the goal is to make information easier and more enjoyable to consume through audio. By bringing premium voice AI into ChatGPT, Speechify hopes to make one of the world’s most-used AI tools feel more accessible, engaging, and human.
Celebrity AI Is Rising
This move also reflects a broader trend: influencers and celebrities are increasingly embracing AI as part of their digital presence. MrBeast previously collaborated with Meta on an AI chatbot version of himself, alongside other major figures like Charli D’Amelio and Tom Brady. Meanwhile, creators such as Khaby Lame are reportedly investing heavily in AI-powered “digital twins” for marketing and brand partnerships.
