Imagine watching a streamer get arrested live on stream.
The controversial streamer and "looksmaxxer" Clavicular was arrested in a recent stream in Arizona.
Fake ID, Prescription Pills And A Court Appearance
Braden “Clavicular” Peters was arrested late at night on February 7. The reason for the arrest was that he was carrying a fake ID and allegedly entered a bar while being only 20 years old. However, officers did not only find a fake ID. They also discovered two different types of pills that require a prescription. As a result, the case includes two felony charges related to forged identification and illegal drug possession, as well as a misdemeanor accusing the streamer of using a fake ID to enter a bar while underage. He has not yet been judged on any of these charges.
One day later, on February 8, Clavicular had his initial court hearing. The hearing was livestreamed on his Kick channel by a friend. The streamer’s attorney argued that the forgery charges were questionable under these circumstances, as intent must be proven. According to the defense, the fake ID was merely found on Clavicular’s body and was not actively used. In addition, the attorney claimed that his client was at the location because he was being hired as a promoter. He argued that this undermined the probable cause for the search during which officers found the prescription pills.
Nonetheless, the judge ruled that there was probable cause for all three charges. No bail was set and Clavicular was released shortly afterward. How the case will ultimately unfold remains to be seen.
This is not the first time he has found himself at the center of controversy. Only recently, a clip of him went viral showing him partying with Andrew Tate and other influencers while listening to one of Kanye West’s most controversial songs. Shortly afterward, a post on X gained traction, warning parents against allowing their children to be influenced by him. Taken together, it suggests that this will likely not be the last time his name surfaces in online discourse.
