You're probably already familiar with the recap features on YouTube, Twitch, and Spotify. Now, Discord has its own version. So if you’ve ever wondered how many hours you’ve spent in voice chats, keep reading.
Spotify’s yearly recap has been well received by users since 2015. Twitch and YouTube followed, and their users love it too. This year, it almost felt overdue for Discord to join in. With Checkpoint, you can now look back at your Discord year in 2025.
Finally, Find Out How Much Time You Actually Spent In A Voice Chat
Checkpoint summarizes your last 12 months. Across eight categories, you can see how your year on Discord went. Track how many messages you sent, or how many hours you spent in voice chats.
Also interesting: under the “People” category, you can see who you spent the most hours with but be careful maybe don’t show those stats to just anyone.
Of course, you’ll also have the option to share your stats with friends. At the end of the recap, you’ll receive one of ten different avatar decorations. How To Get Checkpoint
Discord Checkpoint has been available since December 4, but keep in mind that it might take a little while before the feature rolls out to everyone. Here are some tips to help you access your yearly recap:
- Make sure your Discord app is up-to-date
- In the desktop app, look for a flag icon in the top right corner. The icon is labeled as Checkpoint
- In the mobile app, tap your profile picture and then select the Checkpoint banner
- If Checkpoint still doesn’t appear, it might mean you haven’t used Discord enough this year, or you didn’t allow Discord to access your personal data
Have fun exploring your Discord yearly recap!
