The former Fortnite pro apparently isn’t just successful in video games, but also in real life.
The streamer Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, who rose to fame through Fortnite, has announced that he and his wife Jessica are expecting a child and have also revealed the baby’s gender.
With Cake And A Wine Glass, Ninja Announces That He Is Becoming The Father Of A Daughter
On January 16, the streamer released a video in which he informed his fans about the pregnancy while also revealing the baby’s gender. The 34-year-old chose a gender reveal with a wine glass and cake together with his wife Jessica.
A friend of the couple had baked the cake and colored the filling accordingly. Without looking, Ninja and Jessica each placed a wine glass into the cake before clinking them together at the same time to find out their baby’s gender. The result: it’s a girl.
When the pink-colored filling became visible, both could hardly contain their excitement. Ninja appeared visibly surprised and initially said in disbelief:
"I thought it was gonna be a boy“
Shortly afterward, joy took over, and the streamer began dancing enthusiastically. His wife Jessica referred to him as a “girl dad” with a broad smile.
The announcement also did not go unnoticed on social media. Numerous fellow streamers congratulated the couple, including Nadeshot, who wrote:
"Congratulations. I thought dad’s were lying when they said being a girl dad was the best it can get, turns out they were telling the truth. So happy for the both of you."

This marks another extremely good piece of news for the Blevins family. In 2024, Ninja was diagnosed with skin cancer, which was detected early, allowing the streamer to be declared cancer-free as early as 2025. As a result, nothing now stands in the way of the couple’s happiness as they begin this new chapter in their lives.
