Great news for Futurama fans! The show returns this summer with its 12th season. You'll get 10 brand-new episodes with Fry, Leela and co. Matt Groening's sci-fi show just celebrated its 25th birthday and is still going strong.
Futurama Returns: Exciting News For Fans As Season 12 Premieres On Hulu
Futurama Season 12 will premiere on Hulu on Monday, July 29. Like the previous season, a new episode will be released each week.Executive producer Claudia Katz said in an interview with Comicbook.com that the production started seamlessly because most of the original members of the show are working together again.
"It's hard to beat the thrill of bringing the show back for us and the fans [...] I'm not sure the show has ever gotten quite this level of thoughtfulness and collaboration before. They say you can't go home again but turns out you can! For the most part, it felt very seamless jumping back in. In addition to having our entire voice cast back, we have a lot of the original crew on both the writing and animation staff. And, we have the benefit of some incredible new talent on both staffs as well."
