About a month ago, TikToker romeosshow went viral for sharing an idea for a Dr Pepper jingle. But not only her TikTok audience became interested – Dr Pepper also saw the video and decided to use her jingle in their newest commercial.

Simple, Catchy Jingle, Good Commercial

TikToker romeosshow shared their idea for the jingle on December 23, 2025. It was simple enough: Dr Pepper Baby, it's good and nice doo-doo-doo. And it worked. Millions of accounts have liked the video by now, including the official Dr Pepper TikTok account, who quickly commented hold on.... you might be onto something under Romeo's original video.

Now, about a month later, we know that Dr Pepper's marketing team seems to have listened. The brand actually came out with a commercial with the jingle that was shown all over the US and people on TikTok shared their reaction watching it, tagging Romeo. You can find the final commercial that Dr Pepper made here.

How Did The Original Creator Of The Jingle React?

Quickly after the commercial was shown on national television, romeosshow posted a video thanking everyone for their support in a fake award acceptance speech. Though that video is supposed to be a little I-made-it-joke, they do also say:

I really am genuinely thankful and I – thank you to everyone who made this happen. So, thank you. And if you saw it on TV tonight, uh, tag me in it.

Ever since that first video with the initial idea for the jingle was posted, other brands have been reaching out to Romeo through the comments as well, asking if they can get their own jingle. Whether Romeo actually ends up inspiring another brand to use her jingle or not remains to be seen, but knowing that a simple video can create such a big moment on social media is amazing to follow.

What do you think? Do you have another brand in mind that's good and nice that could use a new jingle? Let us know in the comments!
