Hila Klein is officially moving to end her marriage to Ethan Klein after 14 years together.
Hila Klein has officially filed for divorce from her husband, YouTuber and H3 Podcast co-host Ethan Klein, following allegations that he had been having an affair for more than six months.
According to court documents obtained by USA TODAY, Hila filed the paperwork on November 2 in Los Angeles Superior Court. The documents cite irreconcilable differences and list October 13, 2026, as the couple's date of separation after 14 years of marriage.
The couple married in October 2012 and share three children. As part of the filing, Hila is requesting joint custody of their children, as well as spousal support and reimbursement of her legal fees. She has also asked to have her maiden name, Hacmon, restored.
Hila is being represented by prominent celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser and Julian Shojaie. Wasser has previously represented several high-profile clients, including Kim Kardashian, Johnny Depp, and Britney Spears.
Hila Previously Accused Ethan of Having an Affair
The divorce filing comes less than two weeks after Hila publicly accused Ethan of being deceitful and unfaithful in an Instagram statement on October 23.
Hila explained that she had noticed "something was wrong" in their relationship and attempted to address her concerns, but said her questions were met with dismissive answers. "I have been fed lie after lie after lie for months," she expressed. "I am tired of lies."
According to Hila, Ethan initially downplayed what had happened, with the explanation allegedly changing from "just a kiss" to "emotional cheating." She later revealed in her statement that he admitted to having an affair that had lasted more than six months. Hila added that she was unsure of the extent of the cheating.
Ethan Klein Addresses the Allegations
Ethan subsequently addressed the situation in an Instagram Story, asking the public to respect his family's privacy and refrain from contacting his relatives for comments. He also said he was working to remove his ownership and financial interests from their shared businesses, including Teddy Fresh, Teddy Glow, and the H3 Podcast.
Meanwhile, the H3 Podcast has been placed on an indefinite hiatus following the controversy. Members of the production team previously expressed their support for Hila and condemned Ethan's alleged actions. The crew also declared that they "would not continue working with Ethan" if he continues to profit or be involved with the podcast.
Neither Hila nor Ethan Klein has publicly shared details about the divorce proceedings.
