Carlos Mauricio Gómez, the Salvadoran content creator otherwise known as Komanche, has died at the age of 30.

His manager, Byron Reyes, confirmed the news in an Instagram post on Monday, October 26, paying tribute to the streamer and reflecting on the lasting impact he had on those who knew him.

"From the bottom of my heart, I tell you that you will leave a huge void in everyone," Reyes wrote, adding that he was a "great human being" and that he would be deeply missed.

The cause of Komanche's death has not been publicly confirmed, according to PEOPLE.

Manager Condemns Online Bullying

In his tribute, Reyes also addressed the online criticism and bullying Gómez had experienced, urging people to consider how their words can affect others, even when they have no personal relationship with them.

On the internet, we ALL seem to think we have the right to point fingers at or criticize others, without even knowing them, and without considering how deeply our words might affect them. [...] It makes me think of Komanche, who has been dealing with so much hate for years.

Reyes criticized the tendency for people to judge public figures without understanding their personal circumstances, emphasizing that online comments can have consequences beyond what people may realize.

In a separate Instagram Stories post, Reyes gave a more direct message, stating, "Bullying at any scale is not a game."

As fans and fellow creators mourn Gómez's death, heartfelt tributes from across the streaming world continue to pour in. Spanish influencer AuronPlay posted on Instagram, stating, "Thank you for the memories, for the affection, and for having been a part of my life."
