The streamer IShowSpeed is renowned for his Ronaldo obsession and his outrageous antics in real life.

From meeting his soccer idol Cristiano Ronaldo to chaotic travel streams, like sampling culinary classics such as Döner in Germany and reacting with a backflip, he’s constantly making headlines.

Now, he’s taken things to the next level by renovating his streaming room into a Ronaldo x One Piece shrine.

A legendary room

In his latest stream, Speed treated his viewers to an in-depth tour of his brand-new streaming hub.

Until now, despite his viral streams and massive financial success, he had stuck with a minimalist setup that resembled a kid’s bedroom.

It’s fair to say that room became the backdrop for some of Speed’s most chaotic moments, fueling his meteoric international rise.

For instance, he once set off fireworks indoors, accidentally scorching half his apartment.

The moment went viral, thanks to his frantic, clumsy reaction and the furious appearance of his mother, turning the clip into a meme sensation viewed millions of times.

But now, Speed decided it was time to level up, and not be outdone by his fellow influencers.

Ronaldo at the door, Luffy at the desk

Speed’s new setup reportedly cost a jaw-dropping $100,000, and it’s a spectacle to behold.

In a stream on December 3, he gave fans an exclusive tour of the room, starting with the entrance: a hidden door featuring a life-sized image of Cristiano Ronaldo in action, a clear source of pride for Speed.

The tour revealed a floor covered entirely in artificial turf, a nod to his love of soccer, and a custom-built wardrobe with a “Speed” jersey on display, perfectly merging his passions for gaming and the sport.

Next to his bed hangs a signed Cristiano Ronaldo jersey from the 2021/2022 Premier League season, and one wall is entirely dedicated to the soccer legend, prominently featuring his iconic number 7 jersey framed against the Portuguese flag’s colors.

But in classic Speed fashion, the room isn’t just a soccer shrine.

Above his bed looms a massive head of Luffy, the protagonist from the One Piece anime, which Speed has often credited as a source of comfort during tough times, particularly during the COVID-19 lockdowns.

A custom desk modeled after Luffy’s signature Gum-Gum fist and a PC inspired by Speed’s infamous live-stream stunt, where he jumped over a moving car, round out the anime-themed elements.

A room for the memes and the competition

While Speed’s iconic bark isn’t immortalized in this space (Of course, there is also a doghouse for his barker), the $100,000 room is more than just a visual upgrade, it’s a statement.

It even feels like a counterpunch to the recent diss from Olympic gold medalist Noah Lyles, after Speed’s ambitious announcement that he plans to compete in the Olympics.

In the end, the room represents Speed in a nutshell: a wild, unapologetic fusion of his two greatest passions, soccer and anime, all wrapped up in a one-of-a-kind design.
