Jake Paul is known for never doing things halfway. The former YouTuber who has since established himself as a professional boxer regularly makes headlines with spectacular investments. Now, he has unveiled new ambitious plans: on his massive ranch in Georgia, he intends to build a private airstrip and a Formula 1-style racetrack – all as part of an exclusive members-only club.
Jake Paul Invests Millions In Ranch And Jet
In recent years, many social media stars have showcased their success with expensive cars, luxury homes, or extravagant collectibles. Jake Paul, however, is taking this trend to a whole new level. In 2025, he made two particularly major purchases: first, he acquired his own private jet, dubbed “Air Paul,” and second, he bought a ranch for around $40 million.
Big real estate is nothing new for Paul. Previously, he had purchased a property in Puerto Rico worth around $16 million. But his Georgia ranch surpasses everything he’s done before: the estate spans an impressive 5,746 acres – plenty of space to bring his visions to life.
Private Racing And Jet Oasis
In a video posted on the “Paul Family Ranch” YouTube channel on January 13, Jake Paul openly discussed his plans. He explained that a full-length airstrip will be built for his Global Express jet to land directly on the property. The runway is expected to stretch about 2.4 kilometers. In the surrounding area, Paul plans a racetrack that winds through the land and is inspired by well-known Formula 1 circuits.
But that’s not all: Paul wants to transform the property into an exclusive members-only club. Members would be able to live directly on the racetrack, store their vehicles in private garages, and use the track anytime they like. Private jets could also land directly on-site. The goal is to create a close-knit community for car and motorsport enthusiasts – complete with luxurious amenities.
Part of this concept is already in place. A track for Polaris Razor off-road vehicles has been built on the property, which future club members will also be able to use.
How long it will take to complete this ambitious project remains unclear. What is certain, however, is that if Jake Paul brings his plans to life, it will become one of the most extraordinary private luxury and motorsport projects in the influencer world.
