After recent comments about another One Piece remake, MrBeast asks about Naruto and requests a remake of the ninja anime. He wants it so bad he would even help fund the project.

Naruto Remake?

WIT Studio is currently working on a One Piece remake for Netflix. Different than the most recent One Piece remake, this one will be anime – modern animation techniques and more importantly, less "unnecessary filler" than the original.

Following comments about this remake, MrBeast tweeted:

Naruto, along with One Piece and Dragonball, is one of the most well known and influential anime ever. It follows Naruto Uzumaki in his endeavour of becoming Hokage. It is very much loved by many, and similar to One Piece, it is also very long and full of filler episodes – so a remake like the one recently announced for One Piece with modern animation and different pacing would be a great fit here as well.

Somebody Give This Man A Naruto Remake

Not only was MrBeast begging for a Naruto remake this time, but also when the live-action One Piece series was announced.

He also launched a line of merchandise in collaboration with Naruto Shippuden. It is no secret that he is a very big Naruto fan and has been since childhood.

With his history of giving money away and funding insane projects, it actually doesn't seem so out of pocket for MrBeast to fund a Naruto remake if that is what he wants, he just needs a studio to work with.

His fans are supporting him and are thrilled with the idea of a Naruto remake. The idea of Naruto with modern animation and less filler is very appealing to audiences. One comment reads: "We need a Naruto remake. Can you imagine Naruto with modern day graphics? It will clear all these mid we've been watching". Another chimes in with "Naruto deserves a modern retelling so new viewers get the story without the drag...".

But not everyone likes remakes. Some people think you shouldn't touch the classics and leave them as they were because they are iconic, as "real Naruto fans" would know, but "community vultures" wouldn't, as one disgruntled viewer put it. But remakes don't necessarily hurt originals, they are an entirely new thing and the original will always still be there – and you don't have to watch them if you don't want to.

What do you think? Would you love a Naruto remake or do you think it's unnecessary? Let us know it the comments!
